Reminder accounts need be closed to participate in the recital. Our Total Dance Season is based on a 30 week program and then divided into 9 payments. At registration you paid 1st and 9th payment. April was payment 8. If you didn’t pay 1st and 9th payment at registration, you have one more debit May 5th.

· Early dismissal - If planning on leaving recital early, please fill out early dismissal card. If your child has the Cafeteria as their dressing room, you do not need to fill out a card.

REHEARSALS Thursday, April 18th & Friday, April 19th
Arrive No Later than 4:45 to the Middle School Auditorium. Take a seat with your children and wait for me to call lineup. Your children must be supervised the entire time. There aren’t any dressing rooms those days of rehearsal.

2. Spell Check, Identify your Dressing Rm., Notify Miss Amy if you are in more than 1 dressing room, as well as any quick changes. (You can only be in One Room) Text Miss Amy 585-354-2320 or see her in person.
3. Next Week Classes are as usual here at the studio EXCEPT Thursday. No one will be at the studio from this point on. Thursday, Evening Rehearsal. Friday, Afternoon Rehearsal.

· On Recital Arrive to dressing room 30 minutes before the show. (Evening Recital arrive 5:30; Afternoon Recital Arrive 11:30)
If you need Handicapped reserved seating please let Miss Amy know today. We only reserve seats for this reason and for our Graduating Seniors families.

· FINALE’ Every student is invited to participate in the finale’. They should wear their last costume they performed in.
All students in the Afternoon Recital have a free ticket to the Evening Recital. They also may participate in the Finale’.

July 15th - 19th Miss Jordan is offering an Intermediate Tap Camp. Enjoy learning new skills and the opportunity to move into a tap class in the regular fall season. Cost $65 5:00-6:00 PM
