Introducing
Miss Danielle Schmidt
Owner / Director 2025
Miss Danielle Schmidt is very excited to open a new chapter of her life with Gotta Dance. She was heavily involved in the arts during her teenage years, and even went on to study the arts at Nazareth University and knew she had found her passion. Danielle knew that she wanted to pursue the arts as a career path but wasn’t sure what she was meant to do until the opportunity came along for her to take over at Gotta Dance. She thought long and hard about her decision and spent months trying to find a “responsible” reason not to take over the business. But fortunately after searching for the cons, she could only see the pros. Her final decision was made at the 2025 recital when she saw just how much the studio means to the community. She knew it was an opportunity that she absolutely could not pass up.
For the last five years, Danielle has been helping out at Gotta Dance wherever she could. She has been backstage at recitals and cabaret shows, onstage for benefits and the variety show, and has even run front of house for many bus tour cabaret shows. When she is not at Gotta Dance, Miss Danielle can be found either helping out at her grandparents farm or nannying in Rochester
